Poland Work Permit

SALARY & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Monthly Salary: 3,200 PLN – 5,300 PLN (approximately €800 – €1,200, depending on exchange rates and employer).
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Accommodation: Provided by the employer (where applicable)
Age Requirement: 21–50 years
Work Permit Validity: 1 Year
Employment Contract: 1 Year
Estimated Processing Time: Approximately 1–3 months

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Applicants are required to submit:

  1. Scanned copy of a valid International Passport.
  2. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
  3. Two recent passport-size photographs.
Poland Work Permit

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Applicants may be required to provide the following documents:

  1. Employer-issued Invitation Letter and approved Work Permit.
  2. International Passport with a minimum validity of 18 months.
  3. Police / Criminal Clearance Certificate.
  4. Medical Insurance covering one (1) year.
  5. Flight Reservation (unpaid).
  6. Recent passport-size photograph with a white background.
  7. Financial documents (if requested by the embassy).

Note: Visa requirements may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality and the Polish Embassy or Consulate responsible for processing the application.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR ALL POSITIONS EXCEPT WELDERS

Total Service Fee: €1,350

The service fee may be paid in three instalments:

First Instalment: €250 – Payable before work permit processing begins.

Second Instalment: €500 – Payable after the work permit has been approved and issued.

Third Instalment: €600 – Payable after visa approval.

Estimated Work Permit Processing Time: 1–3 months.

Note: The above fee covers the processing of work permit and employment documentation required for the work visa application. Visa assistance is available separately for applicants who require additional support.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR WELDERS

Total Fee: 1,400 Euro (One Thousand Four Hundred Euro). This could be paid in three instalments viz:
1st Instalment: 400 Euro to be paid as deposit before the commencement of the processing.
2nd Instalment: 600 Euro to be paid after work permit is ready.
3rd Instalment: 400 Euro after visa is approved.

Work Permit Processing time: 2-5 months.

NOTE: This payment is strictly for the processing of working permits and employment documents that will allow the applicant to process his/her work visa. Visa support will be provided to interested applicant at a cost.

WORK VISA PROCESSING

We will provide visa processing assistance for applicant at the cost of 500.00 Euro (Five Hundred Euro) only. This is done only at the request of the applicant after the work permit has been procured. The payment of the visa can be made after the visa is granted.

Visa Assistance Fee: €500

This service is optional and is provided after the work permit has been obtained. Payment for visa assistance may be made after the visa has been approved, subject to the agreed service terms.

Complete the application form through the MLS International Consultancy website or submit your application and supporting documents to our recruitment team.

Once your application has been reviewed, eligible candidates will receive a Service Agreement for review and signature before processing begins.
