ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should submit:

  • High School Certificate
  • High School Transcript
  • International Passport
  • School Testimonial or Academic Transcript
  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (Master’s applicants only)
  • Bachelor’s Degree Transcript (Master’s applicants only)
  • Letter of English Language Proficiency from your school or university

Important: This is not a scholarship programme. After admission, students are required to pay at least 50% of the first year’s tuition fee (one semester’s tuition) directly to the university before travelling to Latvia.

PROCESSING FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1 – Pay After Visa Approval

  • Total Processing Fee: €1,300
  • Payable after visa approval through an escrow or joint account arrangement.
  • Applicants must complete the required affidavit before visa processing begins.

Option 2 – Pay Before Visa Approval

  • Total Processing Fee: €1,000
    • Initial Payment: €500
    • Final Payment: €500 after visa approval

The second payment must be deposited into an escrow or fixed deposit account, and applicants are required to complete the necessary affidavit.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Applicants from African countries may be required to submit their Latvian visa application through the Estonian Embassy in Egypt or Abu Dhabi, depending on the applicable consular arrangements.
  • Tuition fees and all university charges are paid directly to the respective university.
