ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should submit:

  • Completed Application Form
  • High School Certificate and Testimonial (Bachelor’s applicants)
  • Academic Transcript
  • Birth Certificate
  • Short CV/Resume
  • International Passport
  • Motivation Letter
  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (Master’s applicants)
  • Bachelor’s Degree Transcript (Master’s applicants)
  • Vocational or Apprenticeship Certificates (if applicable)
  • Proof of Application Fee Payment (€150)

ADMISSION & VISA PROCESS

  1. Submit your completed application form and required academic documents.
  2. Eligible applicants will receive admission feedback within two working days.
  3. Choose your preferred processing fee payment option.
  4. Receive your official study invitation from Finland (processing time: 2–8 weeks).
  5. Pay the first-year tuition fee directly to the university.
  6. Obtain your Police Clearance Certificate and complete document legalization.
  7. Purchase valid health insurance.
  8. Prepare financial documents and attend your visa appointment.

PROCESSING FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1 – Pay After Visa Approval

  • Total Processing Fee: €1,500
  • Payable after visa approval through an escrow or joint account arrangement.
  • Applicants must complete the required affidavit before visa processing begins.

Option 2 – Pay Before Visa Approval

  • Total Processing Fee: €1,400

ADDITIONAL COSTS

  • Tuition Fee: From €9,500/year (depending on programme)
  • Application Fee: €150
