Admission Requirements
Undergraduate Applicants
Submit:

- International Passport
- One Passport Photograph
Applicants should possess at least five relevant credits. A D7 pass may be accepted in exceptional cases.
Master’s Applicants
Submit:

- Academic Transcript
- International Passport
- One Passport Photograph
Admission & Visa Process
- Submit your academic documents and passport for evaluation.
- Authenticate your academic documents through the Ministry of Education and legalize them through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Sign the contract and pay the required processing deposit.
- Send your original documents, legalized copies, passport, and photographs via DHL.
- Receive your admission letter and pay tuition directly to the university.
- Receive and verify your visa before releasing the escrow/joint account payment.
- Receive your passport with visa via DHL and travel to Moldova.

Payment After Visa
Total Processing Fee: €2,700
Breakdown:
- Official Invitation – €850
- Super Legalization of Police Clearance & Documents – €350
- Apostille – €100
- Translation, Notarization & Legalization – €300
- Ministry of Education Approval – €350
- Visa Processing – €550
- Service Fee – €200
Applicants choosing this option must use a joint account or escrow account until visa approval and verification.
Payment Before Visa
Total Processing Fee: €2,500

Payment may be made in two instalments:
- 60% before processing
- 40% after visa approval
This option is available to applicants aged 25 years or below for Bachelor’s programmes and 35 years or below for Master’s programmes.
