Required Documents

Applicants are required to provide:

  • Updated CV/Resume
  • Copy of a valid International Passport (must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the applicant’s country)
  • One recent passport-size photograph with a white background
  • Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate (legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
  • All documents translated into English
  • Scanned copies of all legalized documents must be submitted electronically for approval before the original documents are sent via an international courier service.

Visa Requirements

  • Valid International Passport
  • Complete Invitation Package
  • Medical Insurance (1 Year)
  • Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate
  • Confirmed Round-Trip Flight Reservation
  • Passport-size Photograph (White Background)
  • Financial Documents
  • Proof of Family and Economic Ties to Home Country

Important: Visa requirements and procedures may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality. Applicants are advised to verify the latest requirements with the Embassy or Consulate of Bosnia and Herzegovina in their country.

Payment Options

Option 1 – Trusted Partners

(Available only to approved partners with an established working relationship with MLS International Consultancy.)

Total Service Fee: €4,500

Payment Schedule:

  • First Installment: €500 (Commitment Fee before processing begins)
  • Final Installment: €4,000 (Payable after the visa is approved.)

The final payment will be deposited into a jointly agreed account after the invitation has been issued and before the visa application is submitted. Funds will be released to MLS International Consultancy within three (3) days after visa approval. Failure to comply may affect travel clearance.

Option 2 – Direct Clients & New Partners

(Applicable to individual applicants and agencies without previous collaboration with MLS International Consultancy.)

Total Service Fee: €4,500

Payment Schedule:

  • First Installment: €500 (Commitment Fee)
  • Second Installment: €1,000 (After the invitation has been issued and a scanned copy has been received by the applicant.)
  • Final Installment: €3,000 (After visa approval.)

The applicant may verify the invitation before making the second payment. The final installment is deposited into the agreed account and released to MLS International Consultancy within three (3) days after visa approval.
