Undergraduate Applicants

Applicants should provide:

  • Completed Application Form
  • International Passport (minimum 7 months validity)
  • High School Certificate
  • High School Transcript
  • School Testimonial
  • Post-Secondary Certificate (if applicable)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Statement of Purpose / Motivation Letter
  • One Passport Photograph
  • Application Fee: USD $300

Additional documents may be requested depending on the university.

Master’s Applicants

Applicants should provide:

  • Completed Application Form
  • International Passport (minimum 7 months validity)
  • High School Certificate
  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
  • Bachelor’s Degree Transcript
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Statement of Purpose / Motivation Letter
  • One Passport Photograph
  • Application Fee: USD $300

Additional documents may be requested where necessary.

Admission & Visa Processing

  1. Submit your application form and upload all required documents.
  2. Pay the application fee and submit payment confirmation.
  3. Receive a Conditional Offer (if applicable).
  4. Meet all admission conditions.
  5. Receive your Letter of Acceptance.
  6. Complete the affidavit and escrow/joint account process (where applicable).
  7. Submit your visa application documents.
  8. Receive your visa and prepare for travel to Canada.

Processing Fee & Payment Options

Option 1 – Pay After Visa

Service Fee: €1,500

Applicants choosing this option are required to place the service fee into a joint or escrow account before visa processing begins. The funds will only be released after the visa has been successfully issued.

Applicants must also complete the required affidavit.

Option 2 – Pay Before Visa

Total Service Fee: €1,300

This option allows applicants to complete the processing fee before visa approval.

  • Each Additional Child: USD $5,000

Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial resources to support accompanying family members.
