Admission Requirements

Undergraduate Applicants

Required documents:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Senior Secondary/High School Certificate (minimum C4 or equivalent)

  • IELTS Overall 6.0 (minimum 5.5 in each band) or equivalent English proficiency
  • Motivation Letter
  • Two Passport Photographs
  • Interview
  • Application Fee: €250 (Non-refundable)

Master’s Applicants

  • Completed Application Form
  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
  • Academic Transcript (minimum 60% CGPA)
  • International Passport
  • IELTS or equivalent English proficiency
  • Motivation Letter
  • Two Passport Photographs
  • Interview
  • Application Fee (€250)

PhD Applicants

Required documents include:

  • Master’s Degree Certificate

  • Research Proposal aligned with the selected PhD topic

PhD Application Process

  1. Hold a recognized Master’s Degree.
  2. Sign the application agreement.
  3. Pay the application fee.
  4. Find an academic supervisor.
  5. Prepare and submit your research proposal.
  6. Submit all required documents.
  7. MLS International Consultancy will assist with university admission and NARIC evaluation.

Processing Fee Options

Option 1 – Pay After Visa

Processing Fee: €1,300

Applicants may pay after visa approval by placing the amount into an escrow or joint account until the visa has been issued.

Option 2 – Pay Before Visa

Total Processing Fee: €1,000

Payment Schedule:

  • First Instalment: €500
  • Second Instalment: €500 (after visa approval)

The second payment must be secured through an escrow account or fixed deposit.

Important Information

Applicants from African countries may be required to submit their visa applications through the Estonian Embassy in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi), or another designated Estonian diplomatic mission.
