Required Documents

Applicants are required to provide:

  • Updated CV/Resume
  • Copy of a valid International Passport (must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the applicant’s country)
  • One recent passport-size photograph with a white background
  • Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate (legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
  • All documents translated into English
  • Scanned copies of all legalized documents must be submitted electronically for approval before the original documents are sent via an international courier service.

Visa Requirements

  • Valid International Passport
  • Complete Invitation Package
  • Medical Insurance (1 Year)
  • Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate
  • Confirmed Round-Trip Flight Reservation
  • Passport-size Photograph (White Background)
  • Financial Documents
  • Proof of Family and Economic Ties to Home Country

Important: Visa requirements and procedures may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality. Applicants are advised to verify the latest requirements with the Embassy or Consulate of Bosnia and Herzegovina in their country.

PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS

OPTION 1. 

– FOR PARTNERS – This option is only for trusted partners that have worked with us in the past, new partners will not be considered under this option.

TOTAL Fee: €5,500.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred Euro) – This can be paid in two instalments
First Instalment: 500 Euro (Five Hundred Euro) – This is required as commitment fee before the commencement of the process.
Second Instalment: 5,000 Euro (Four Thousand Euro) – To be paid after visa is granted. This money is expected to be deposited in a joint account with MLS International after the invitation is ready before visa application is made and release to us (MLS International) within three days after the visa is granted, otherwise we will not clear the candidate for entry into Bosnia. 

OPTION 2 – 

This option is for direct client and non GITCCO partners that have NOT worked with us in the past. 
TOTAL Fee: €5,500.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred Euro) – This can be paid in two instalments:

First Instalment: 500 Euro (Five Hundred Euro) – This is required as commitment fee before the commencement of the process.

Second Instalment: 2,000 Euro (One Thousand Euro) – When invitation is ready and scanned copy is sent to the candidate. Candidate can confirm the invitation within three days before making the payment.

Third Instalment: 3,000 Euro (Three Thousand Euro) – To be paid after visa is granted. This money is expected to be deposited in a joint account and release to MLS within three days after the visa is granted, otherwise we will not clear the candidate for entry into Bosnia.

  2. Submit the following documents:
    • Company Registration Certificate
    • Identification Document of the Company Director/CEO
    • Company Profile (Optional)
  3. Our team will review your application.
  4. Approved applicants will receive a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for signing.
  5. Following the agreement, you will be invited to an official partnership onboarding session with our leadership team.
