Important: Applicants should confirm with the Slovak Embassy in their country that visa appointments are available and that applications are being accepted before beginning the process. Applicants already residing in the EU with a valid Type D Visa or Residence Permit may also be eligible to apply.

PROCESSING DURATION

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Scanned copy of an International Passport valid for at least 18 months.
  • Bank statements covering the previous three months showing:
    • €5,700 available for business registration.
    • €3,500 for each accompanying adult family member.
    • €1,750 for each accompanying child under 18 years.
  • Marriage Certificate (if applicable).
  • Children’s Birth Certificates (if applicable).
  • Police Clearance Certificate (translated into Slovak).
  • One recent passport-size photograph with a white background.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

  • International Passport (minimum 18 months validity).
  • Health Insurance.
  • Financial Evidence.
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Flight Reservation.
  • One passport-size photograph.
  • Business Plan.

Note: Visa requirements and application procedures may differ depending on the applicant’s nationality and the Slovak Embassy where the application is submitted.

PAYMENT TERMS & OPTIONS

Government & Documentation Costs

  • Company Registration: 550 Euro
  • Legal Address and one year validation for company registration: 450 Euro
  • Residence address and one year validation – needed for visa/residence permit application and validation: 510 Euro
  • Provision of Residence address: 150 Euro
  • Translation and legalization of documents: 300 Euro
  • Sub Total: 1,960 Euro

This could be paid in two instalments at 50% initial deposit (980 Euro) and final deposit (980 Euro) after the documents are ready..

MLS International Consultancy Service Fee

  • TOTAL Fee: €2000.00 (TwoThousand Euro) with the following breakdown:
  • First Instalment: €1000.00 (One Thousend Euro) – Payable within 3 days after the company registration documents are ready and before we commence the preparation of documents needed for visa application.
  • Second Instalment: €1,000.00 (One Thousand One Hundred Euro) after visa is approved. Please note that this fee is required to be deposited in a joint account with the agent and a proof sent to us before we send the original visa documents.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Our team will review your application and send you a service agreement for review and signature before processing begins.

  1. Complete the Partnership Application Form available on our website.
  2. Submit the following documents:
    • Company Registration Certificate
    • Identification document of the Company Director/CEO

  3. Upon successful review, an official Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be issued.
  4. After signing the MOU, your organization will be invited to the MLS International Consultancy Partnership Onboarding Programme.
